Chris Nordman Associates, Inc. was founded by Chris Nordman in January, 1991. Chris' goal was to forge an organization that would lend a unique, diverse, and creative approach to corporate event planning and management. Chris had an extensive practical background in the entertainment industry, beginning as a musical performer at an early age (at Cranbrook School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and at the National Music Camp at Interlochen Center for the Arts, Interlochen, Michigan). Chris' main instruments included piano, organ, and 'cello.

Chris received a BIA from General Motors Institute in 1979, while remaining active in the musical community. He worked full time for Gail and Rice Productions from 1978 to 1990. During his tenure with Gail and Rice, Chris helped produce hundreds of live shows and events, and was musical director and conductor on many more. Chris brings a vast knowledge and experience to live event production, having worked on rigging, sound, staging, talent contracting, decorating and other elements on hundreds of event.

Since the inception of Chris Nordman Associates, Inc. the business has expanded info a specialty rental house in addition to being a service and brokerage business. The rental segment of the business has expanded to the point that it is now more than 60% of the company's volume.

While servicing many corporate customers directly, Chris Nordman Associates, Inc. also provides rentals and services to schools, colleges, churches, and associations. In addition, we are happy to work with event planners and other service providers as a main supplier or sub-rental agency.

We have the ability, through our internal transportation network and affiliates, to take our rentals and services nationwide.
