While developing this website, I was amazed that there are 750+
businesses and organizations in operation everyday, within the Wyandotte
city limits.
These businesses range from retailers, restaurants and taverns, to
manufacturers and wholesalers. Also, a large variety of professional and
medical services, as well as automotive, construction. There is even a
personal chef service that will cook for you in your home.
It is our vision that EEverythingWyandotte.com,
will continue to grow and evolve into Wyandotte's ultimate resource for

There is so much to say about Wyandotte… and so many things to do. From
it’s many parks, where you can relax out on the pier or stroll the
waterfront promenade and art park or play a round of golf at Wyandotte
Shores. This combined with our burgeoning art scene, and it's eclectic
shopping district, makes Wyandotte extremely walk-able, bike-able and
being nestled along the Detroit River, it's even... Kayak-able!
There is always something, unique, interesting & fun, for every age to
enjoy.
As many of you already know... Wyandotte is just minutes (15 or so)
south of Downtown Detroit. But, here in Wyandotte we also have our own
pretty terrific downtown. So much so, that Wyandotte has come to be
known by many as "Downriver's Downtown"!
Wyandotte plays host to many seasonal festivals. Foremost on this list
is one of Michigan’s Largest and longest running art fairs, the
Wyandotte Street Art Fair. The Fair draws approximately 150,000+
visitors to Wyandotte the second week of July each year. Join us for
great art, entertainment, food and a lot of fun! Also, watch for the
annual Spring Fling, Fishing Derby & Kids Expo, Autumn-Fest and more.
The Wyandotte Business Association (WBA) host "3rd Friday Sale-a-brations"
in and around the Downtown Business District. On the 3rd Friday every
month you will find; art opening, special sales, "live" street
entertainment, carriage and trolley ride, and often treats to eat and
drink as you shop till your hearts content. Many 3rd Fridays are themed:
Diva Night, Girls Night Out, Concert for Noah, Wyan-Dot-Stock (Woodstock
Anniversary), Wine Crawl, Harvest Shop-Hop & Farm Market, October Beer
Bash & Light the Night, Hometown Holiday Tree Lighting and Christmas
Shopping.
All this excitement, along with the friendly shopkeepers delivering
service with a smile, helps Wyandotte emit its overwhelming sense of
community, to draw visitors back time and time again.
